A couple of days ago an elderly man was knocking on my door.  He offered his services to prune the garden.

Something inside me stirred. I felt a deep pain for that man. Really I was ashamed because my initial thought had been to attend to my things.

I looked him straight in the eye and searched my pockets to notice I only had a few coins, I don’t know how much money it was, but I gave them to him saying “I’m sorry, I just have this to give you”.

The old man looked at me tenderly and said “enough for a great feast” and smiled.

I felt an electric current throughout my body.

As he walked away with his weary stride, I followed him with my eyes blessing him.

I began to feel great joy at the same time that I was deeply moved.  How little does it take to give a little bit of joy, I thought.

I do not know how long I maintained that feeling of peace, harmony, love and desire to help make this world a better place.

I experienced a vibration raising!

Without a doubt, that casual meeting raised my vibrations and made me enter a state of grace.  I discovered I was more in need than him.
