This is an exercise you can do any time for a boost, but it’s particularly effective as a part of meditation.


Step 6: Manifest

Finally, open your eyes and reflect on your perspective shift.

Then, take concrete practical steps to manifest what you would like in life.

Try to do what Law of Attraction experts call “living as if” – in other words, approach your day as if you already have what you want.

How would you act? How would you carry yourself?  What would you wear, and the way would you spend your time?

All of this brings you closer to realizing your goal.

When it comes to visualization, there are several powerful techniques that can help you attract love.

One is the example visualization described above, in which you simply build up all the details of your ideal partner and fully imagine sharing your life with them.

To go a step further, imagine yourself surrounded by a bright light that represents love. Consider it glowing and shimmering as it warms your body.

Allow that sense of completeness and calm to fill you up.

Consider what it’s like to have everything you need and to be surrounded by such powerful positive energy.

Finally, imagine the light emitting a magnetic pull that draws people to you. This meditation opens you up to both romantic love and deep friendship.


Meditation on the Law of Attraction for Manifesting Health

Once you’ve found a comfortable spot, slowed your breathing, and focused your mind, there’s one particularly effective technique you can use to manifest health during the visualization stage.

Begin with a body scan, or simply pay attention from head to toe, noticing each part of your body.

Where are you at your most at ease? Which areas are tense or painful?

Once you’ve developed a thorough understanding of how your body feels, specialize in one (or more) of the areas where you want to improve your health.

Consider it to be filled with dark, black energy that represents pain, disease, or illness.

Then envision it being washed away by bright energy that enters your body and heals everything in its path.

Imagine it dissolving the darkness and leaving nothing but light in its wake.
