When we have resentment or anger, for example against someone, the risk is then getting stuck in the past.
One of the key factors that lead to the realization of your projects is to live in the present moment as much as possible and to look to the future, thinking of all the extraordinary things that one has to achieve.
There is no point in lingering in the past and wasting your time. You are going to waste your energy unnecessarily on something sterile.
Your goal should be to move forward by freeing yourself from all the weights that can hold you back.
